Before we add you, we will need to review a few of your already published Medium stories to make sure you have the necessary minimum grammatical, spelling and and knowledge of punctuation to be able to coach other writers who may not yet have those tools. Once we have verified your abilities, we will be happy to add you to the editorial staff.
